And believe me, there are so many delicious recipes...every time we update the site we get hungry just working on it!  We have everything from healthy salads and appetizers to breakfasts to get you off to a great start, delicious lunch ideas and scrumptious dinner recipes. And don't forget wonderful dessert recipes - oh do we have some great dessert recipes - all vegetarian or vegan and all delicious

Perhaps you are simply here to see what we have to offer.  Maybe you're vegan. Maybe you're a lacto-ovo vegetarian or perhaps you're an omnivore and not vegetarian at all. We make no judgements and hope you don't either. What we do hope is that you will check out the delicious recipes we have to offer. Start with breakfast or lunch but we really have a lot of great dinner recipes

Many if not most of them can be adapted to vegan recipes with one or two simple substitutes. Some need no changing at all because we try to feature vegan recipes as well. Perhaps you just want some change-up in your diet or you want to be able to participate in something like "Meatless Mondays".  Our easy vegetarian recipes might just fit the bill!
