Banana and Berry Smoothie
from Anne Collins

Ingredients:

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 tsp. honey (we also like to use Agave nectar)
1/2 banana
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. flax seeds

Place yogurt, honey, banana and strawberries in blender
and process for 1 - 2 minutes.

Serve topped with flax seeds - or blend into smoothie

Tropical Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soymilk or rice milk
1 cup sliced mango
1/2 tsp. of any of these extracts (or a combination:
Coconut, Pineapple, Banana, Orange or Peach Extract)

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
