Low Fat Salad Dressings

Low fat salad dressings are just what you need for that great salad. But, if you buy the store-bought salad dressings you often aren't getting low fat dressings - even if the label says "low fat" or "reduced fat".

Well, you've heard the old saying, "If you want something done right, do it yourself.", right?  We agree!  That's why we think making your own salad dressings can also be an adventure in creativity as well as nutrition. So get creative!  Think about what would really taste great draped over that luscious green salad or the beautiful mixed veggie salad you want to make for lunch.  Create it - then submit your recipe to our site! We will publish it right here with full credit to you! We love getting recipe ideas from our visitors.

But we want to help get things started with a few of our own home-made, low fat dressings.  These dressing taste so good! But they are indeed low fat and will dress up any type of salad on which you choose to put them.  Enjoy!
